Your skin will really appreciate getting a taste of these Tea and Scones (and they've come all the way from Britain). Simple sweet and all natural ingredients, lovingly and hand made, with some organic thrown in for good measure. (Parabens, SLS's, synthetic fragrances and dyes are definitely NOT on the ingredient list!)
I have had the divine pleasure of sampling some of the product range and I must say, I'm still drooling! (at least these scones don't add to the waistline)
The Balm Balm Rose Flower Water Spray is permanently beside my computer now! It's the perfect 'pick me up' and comes in 3 delicate and beautiful scents... Rose, Chamomile and Frankincense. Flower Waters are sometimes referred to as the "new aromatherapy". They are the byproduct of the steam distillation of essential oils and offer a gentler dose of essential oil benefits. (Some people are so clever aren't they!)
Balm Balm is a 100% organic skincare company with Soil Association certification and the aim of being affordable. (I certainly think they are great value for the quality). Balm Balm also has a range of all over body balms that your skin will just want to drink up like tea.
Well I think B Skincare has answered my prayers... The Enriched moisturizer is just like putting soft double cream on a delicate scone... gorgeous! It makes a beautiful night-time moisturizer and a little bit goes a long way. (hang on, did I just say my face was like a delicate scone!?)
B Skincare is a family owned and operated business with the aim to create all natural, good quality and affordable products, that are handmade weekly. The creams are inspired by old country recipes that have been handed down over the years and each product is started from scratch. With ingredients like beeswax, essential oils, infused oils, honey and flower waters they sound almost good enough to eat!
The range includes face and body moisturizers, cleansers and toners as well as hand, feet and lip care.,
It must be the Immortelle, Argan and Licorice. (I had to look up Immortelle too ;-) ). "Immortelle has powerful & unique regenerative properties (read anti-aging) that promote healthy, balanced and even skin" and the Licorice is "a powerful anti-inflammatory, rich in Glabridin (look it up) ... well to keep it simple, this stuff will help give you a glowing, more even skin tone! The consistency is thick, but light so a little goes a long way and you'll smell "immortelle" (sounds sexy right).
PHB Ethical Beauty has an amazing range of products to suit all skin types, offering the largest collection of handmade, natural, vegan and halal certified beauty products on the market.
(A must for the handbag/first aid kit is the Aloe Skin Repair Gel - great for cuts, burns, bites and even eczema)
I've been spoiling my skin with the Working 9 to 5 (more like 6-11) Anti-ageing Hydration Cream, with (wait for it) Gotu Kola and Iceland Moss Extracts (Stimulating and anti-aging of course!). It truly is lovely, with extracts of Rose Water to keep you calm and revitalised.
My hands are pretty happy too, and In Safe Hands! (Sunflower Hand Cream for hard working hands). I should probably hand this one over to my gardening mum, although apparently it's great for your feet too! (sorry mum). Winter's coming, I'm keeping this one to myself (but for HK$78 I could definitely get another).
